Description:

Treat Mum this Mother's Day with these delicious Violet Crumble pancakes. Super simple to create, there really is no excuse for missing breakfast in bed!

Ingredients:

  • 50g Violet Crumble Bar
  • 375g Pancake Shake Mix
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 40g Butter Chocolate Topping
  • 1/2 Punnet Raspberries

Method:

  1. Add water to fill line on pancake shake mix and shake bottle until combined. Pour mixture into a mixing bowl and whisk in cocoa powder until combined.
  2. Using a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, put approximately a teaspoon of butter onto the pan. Pour mixture onto frying pan so that pancake mixture spreads about 15cm (or as desired). Repeat for as many pancakes as you would like or until mixture runs out.
  3. Stack pancakes onto a serving plate. Chop up or crush Violet Crumble Bar into small pieces. Spoon chocolate topping over the top of the pancakes, then cover with Violet Crumble pieces and raspberries.
